Final Arrangements – London Dermatopathology Symposium 2017

Dear Delegate,
On behalf of the organising committee, we warmly welcome you to this year’s Symposium scheduled to be held on the 17th-19th May 2016. We have an excellent line up of speakers and sessions. If you have only booked one day of the Symposium, please refer to the original booking confirmation.

Attached is the course programme to date; please ensure that you are fully aware of the session times. Some of the Small Group Seminar sessions and Short Courses (only available if booked prior to the conference and paid as an additional cost, except for the Alopecia Short Course on Friday 19th May) will take place on the 17th May. Please note there will be no lunch provided on the 17th May as we are only holding the breakout sessions on that day.

It is really important that you are aware of the timings of the Small Group Seminar sessions and Short Courses that you have booked.

If you are unsure refer to your booking confirmation form or drop us an email. Please note that if you miss your session timings you will not be able to attend a different session.
The main Symposium lectures start at 9:00 am on Thursday, 18th May and at 9:00 am on Friday, 19th May. There are exhibitor stalls from early morning. The Small Group Seminars (additional, paid sessions) start at 7:00 am on Thursday, 18th May and at 8:15 am on Friday, 19th May (please refer to your original booking confirmation). Please come at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your session for registration.

Registration for all 3 days of the Symposium will take place in the main Atrium of the Ground Floor. When you get to the venue, please make your way to the registration desk in the Atrium where you will be registered and provided with a symposium bag and name badge with any additional sessions (Small Group Seminars and Short Courses) printed on the back of it. You must keep this name badge visible at all times during the conference. Several LDS administrators will be in attendance to make you familiar with the location and will direct you to the right room.

This International Symposium is organised by London Dermatopathology Teaching Ltd, a not-for-profit Company formed to deliver high quality dermatopathology teaching in the UK and abroad.
