Please ensure that you are fully aware of the session times. Some of the multiheader sessions and all the short courses (only available if booked prior to the conference and paid as an additional cost) will take place on the 13th May. Please note there will be no lunch provided on the 13th May as we are only holding the breakout sessions on that day.
It is really important that you are aware of the timings of the multiheader sessions, short courses and self assessment session that you have booked.
If you are unsure refer to your booking confirmation form or drop us an email.
Please note that if you miss your session timings you will not be able to attend a different session.
Start Timings
- The main Symposium lectures start at 10am on Thursday, 14th May and at 9am on Friday, 15th May.
- The multiheaders (additional, paid sessions) start at 7:50 am on each day (please refer to your original booking confirmation)
- The self-assessment slide preview practical session (additional, paid session) starts at 8 am on the 14th May.
Please make sure to come at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your session for registration.
Registration
If you are booked on any short courses or multiheader sessions on the 13th May, the registration would be out side the room where your session would take place. All the rooms are mentioned on the programme.
The registration for the main symposium will take place in the Crown Hall on the 14th and 15th May and will be open from 7:15 am in the morning. When you get to the venue on the 14th, please make your way to the registration desk in the Crown Hall where you will be registered and provided with a symposium bag and name badge with the additional sessions (multiheaders, short courses and self assessment) printed on the back of it. If you are attending any sessions on the 13th, you would have already been given the conference bag but you would still need to register. You must keep this name badge visible at all times during the conference. Several LDS administrators will be in attendance to make you familiar with the location and will direct you to the right room.
